Been wandering around our great city following groans. I found myself in Darvall. If you're in the area, bon appetite!
You are inside Pagram Library. The doors to the street have been left wide open. Also here are Big Wade (40HP), Axe man 10 (60HP), F700 (60HP) and Hanna Graham (46HP).

A portable generator has been set up here. It is running, and powering a radio transmitter that's currently set to 26.43 MHz.
